Return & Cancellation Policy

At this time, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless your request is approved by our team. All sale items are final sale.

Engravable items are made exactly as entered at the time of purchase. Please double-check your customization details and read the listing carefully before placing your order, as we are not responsible for errors made during checkout. These items are also final sale.

If there is a defect or an error on our part, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your package. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any resolutions once the 10-day window has passed.

If there’s an issue with your order, email us at shoprosapastelaz@gmail.com to see if we can help. If an exchange or return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the mistake was on our end—in that case, we’ll cover the cost.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as they will not be accepted. Once we receive your return, we’ll move forward based on the agreement made. Standard processing times will apply.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel your order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, send us an email and a DM on Instagram (@shop.rosapastel) as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to catch it in time, we can’t make any guarantees. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it will need to be returned before a cancellation and refund can be issued.
