Processing & Shipping Policy

We're a small but mighty team—not quite Amazon fast, but always worth the wait. We handcraft and package each order with love, and we appreciate your patience!

📦 Processing Times

  • Regular Orders: 3–5 business days (excluding weekends)

  • Engraved Items: Up to 7 business days (excluding weekends)

Please note:

  • Processing time may vary based on the specific items in your order.

  • Orders placed during sales may take longer than usual.

  • If you ordered a pre-order item, your entire order will ship once the pre-order is ready.

Once your order ships, domestic deliveries typically arrive in 1–5 business days depending on your local postal service.

International orders may take 2–3 weeks, sometimes longer depending on your country’s customs and mail systems—this part is outside of our control

📬 Shipping Issues & Lost Mail

Please make sure your delivery location is secure!
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as shipped by the post office.

If your package is missing:

  1. Contact your local post office or carrier directly with your tracking number and file a claim.

  2. Reach out to us at shoprosapastelaz@gmail.com—we’ll do our best to assist once you’ve spoken with your carrier.

Marked "Delivered" but not received?

This happens more often than you’d think! Sometimes USPS scans packages too early.
Please allow 2–3 business days—most packages show up shortly after.
If it doesn’t arrive, follow up with your local post office for further guidance

📮 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order!

  • If you need to update your address after ordering, contact us immediately.

  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to an incorrect address.

  • If your package is returned to us due to an invalid address, you will be responsible for paying a reshipping fee. We cannot resend or refund until the original package is returned to us.
